    Date: August 16, 2019

    Location: Pierce Lake Golf Course,1175 S Main St, Chelsea, MI 48118

    Includes: Greens fee, cart, refreshments on course, dinner, awards presentation, and more!

    Schedule:

    8:30 a.m. – Check-in at the Club House

    9:30 a.m. – Shot Gun Start: Scramble format

    Light Lunch served at the turn

    3:00 p.m. – Awards Dinner and Presentations

  3. Fees:

    Free to all Washtenaw County Employees.

    Each participant can also purchase a “mulligan” by donating 6 (six) non-perishable food items or making a $5 donation.

    Limit of one mulligan per participant, items/donation to be delivered at time of check-in on day of event (please make checks payable to Food Gatherers)

  4. Prizes:

    • Trophies awarded to 1st and 2nd Place(Men's, Women's and Co-Ed Divisions)
    • Prizes for Men's and Women's closest to the pin and longest drive)
    • Prizes for the Putting Challenge, including the opportunity to win an administrative day off!
